Dear Mr. David,
I feel very blessed to have found you on u tube. My father passed away leaving his home (which has a mortgage) to my twin and I. He also had a will and hired estate lawyer’s to keep our inheritance out of probate. At the lawyers office we were asked to sign a family agreement and other paperwork which we did with UCC 1-308 by our signatures. This angered the lawyer and he refuses to have any communication with us and when asked for an itemized report of where our fathers monies were being charged and spent. Said lawyer’s office advised us to hire a lawyer to get it. My question to you is if this us ethical and legal and if we can get the mortgage of inherited home canceled. There are more details to this but would make for a lengthy letter. I would be very appreciative if you could contact me for a short visit on the matter.
