United Nations declaration of human rights, articles 13 and 19:
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of movement and residence within the borders or physical boundaries of each state.
2. Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own, and to return to his country if he wishes to later.
If one is not allowed to choose how to travel, one might argue that freedom has been limited. Limited freedom is not freedom.
Article 19 of the United Nations Human Rights Charter reads:
“Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
Think about it.
