You might also should say, “I’m appointing you, Judge, as my trustee to the ESTATE and I’m appointing the prosecutor as the assistant trustee to the DAVID ALLEN YOUNG ESTATE and expect you to handle what seems to be a problem here in my favor.”

And this would make sense since there were numerous reports that when someone refuses to identify with the all-caps NAME/Defendant in court, everything grinds to a halt and the court can’t proceed with the case. I.e. they need a voluntary trustee to administer the estate/trust.  So it should now be clear to everyone that they DON’T deal with real people in these courts; only with STATUTORY persons, else, you’d still be under Constitutional Public/Common Law. I would love to hear your comments and so would others..
